HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCT?
Wash with mild soap and water and lay flat to dry. 

We ALWAYS recommend checking the product before each use for signs of wear and tear. If you notice any hazards such as beads loosening or rust on the metal clip, discontinue use immediately.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
We offer FREE domestic shipping for all orders over $100CAD. It does NOT include tracking via Canada Post letter mail. For large orders with free shipping, packages may come separately depending on size and weight of the items. Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping. Once your package is shipped, we claim NO RESPONSIBILITY for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you would like to include tracking for your package, please select “shipping upgrade” at the checkout. Please make sure the correct mailing address is provided at checkout. If there are any concerns with your package, please do not hesitate to contact us.

WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
Once an item is purchased, please allow 3-5 business days for an order before it is shipped.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges as all products are FINAL SALE. Products should be discarded/replaced after a few months of use. We ALWAYS recommend checking the product before each use for signs of wear and tear.
